**Returns & Exchanges**
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been personalized, customized, or otherwise tailored to the customer’s specifications. All personalized products are final sale. If a non-personalized item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. **Lost or Stolen Packages**
